2. In order to protect your jewels like the first day; We recommend that you do not use it with hand washing, swimming, sweaty hands that will come into contact with water. Keep your jewelry away from oil, soap and detergent products, personal cleaning products, acidic components, bleach, alcohol, cologne, acetone, hair spray and similar chemicals, and do not contact them. Contact with these factors may cause loss of sparkle and color in your jewellery, may damage the product, may cause stone drop ( loss) and irreparable damage. We recommend that you wear your jewelry after spraying your perfume.

3. Do not keep your jewelry in a closed, stuffy environment for too long. Oxygen-free environments can cause oxidation on the surface of the jewelry, causing discoloration and loss of radiance.

4. In order to prevent your jewelry from being scratched, it should be protected from impacts and kept in its original box so that they do not come into contact with each other.

5. Pearl jewelry especially water, moisture, perfume, deodorant, etc. It is sensitive to gaseous components and should be kept away from similar components.

6. Natural stone products may give color due to water and humidity (not dried well, using with sweaty hands, being in hot and humid environments, etc.). Natural stones must be protected from water and moisture.

7. Since pearl is a product from nature, it must be in contact with the skin in order to be long-lasting. Cosmetic products such as water, detergent, perfume, hand cream, hair spray with pearls can damage your jewellery, especially pearls. Pearl products should not be kept in a closed and oxygen-free environment for a long time.

8. Clip-on and locked products should not be forced during use. Maximum sensitivity should be shown in the use of these products.

9. We recommend that you do not use your jewelry in situations where it may be exposed to external influences and impacts (cleaning, sports, carrying heavy items, childcare, etc.).

10. Breakage, crushing, breaking, scratching, stone falling etc. that occur due to use. In cases where the product will be included in the maintenance and repair, it is sent to the center and the customers are informed as a result of the examination by our experts.

11. Costs arising from maintenance and repair (stone renewal, mineral addition, etc.) are requested from customers in product deformations caused by use in maintenance and repair processes.
